Forgot your password?
Our system includes automatic secure password retrieval. Just enter the “Log In” page and click on “Forgot Password”. Your password will be e-mailed to you at the address included in your personal profile.
Password doesn’t work?
GeneralBilling.com has a number of security measures to prevent fraudulent use of our system. In the event of multiple unsuccessful login attempts, your username and password may be locked out. This mechanism will auto-reset shortly, try again later.
Your Contact Information is Incorrect?
Your profile can be edited at anytime, simply click on the “Edit” button at the bottom of your profile and make the changes that you desire, then click “Update”. GeneralBilling.com will save your changes after you logout of the system.
Didn’t receive a receipt?
Receipts are e-mailed to the address included in your personal profile. If you didn’t receive a receipt, check your e-mail address. If it is correct, please contact our office at customer.care@generalbilling.com, note the date, amount, and Payee from your transaction, and a copy will be e-mailed to you. (Do NOT send password or credit card information via Email!)
